Dementors Join 2024 Dark Arts Feature at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London
The Dark Arts are returning to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter this spooky season, and those heading there for their Halloween celebrations are in for a treat – Dementors will be lurking throughout the Studio Tour.
The appearance of the Dementors is a new addition for 2024, adding an extra level of terror for guests as they explore the studios. Keep an eye out for them and your wands at the ready when you’re within the Forbidden Forest and at the Hogwarts Castle model.

During the Halloween season, the lights are dimmed and the tour is eerily decorated. Expect to see the iconic pumpkin-filled ceiling in the Hogwarts Great Hall, floating over the spooky feast. There are over 100 floating pumpkins on the Halloween feast set, and each pumpkin has its own unique carving thanks to the creativity of the prop makers who worked on Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

Other spooky goings on at the Studio Tour throughout the Dark Arts event include the Death Eaters’ procession, which showcases authentic costumes and wand choreography. You can prepare to defend yourself against the Death Eaters in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, where you can learn dueling techniques and spell-casting.
As you explore the tour, be sure to join the hunt for the Dark Mark, which will be projected throughout the studio for you to discover and stamp in your Studio Tour passport (which can be collected upon arrival at the tour).
The Dark Arts event is taking place from September 13 through November 10, allowing guests to experience Halloween at Hogwarts alongside the iconic sets, props, and costumes from the Harry Potter films.
