“Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions” Debuts First Gameplay Trailer

Just last month, we learned that Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, the video game determined to put players directly into the magical sport, will be released on September 3. Today, Warner Bros. Games revealed a preorder trailer that is certain to add even more excitement to the countdown.

The trailer highlights the gameplay experience by giving fans a first look at Single Player Career Mode and Online Competitive Mode. It also provides a good glimpse of some of the options available in the character creator, not to mention the enchanting arenas hosting the magical matches. And yes, the trailer did say preorder. Starting today, the digital editions are available for preorder for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. The Digital Standard Edition will run you $29.99, with the Digital and Physical Deluxe Editions priced at $39.99. The Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin will be available to those who preorder as well.

The Deluxe Edition is worthy of its moniker. It includes the base game and 2,000 gold to spend in game. It also comes with each House Pack, which includes each House’s Travel School Uniform, Crest Emblem, and Broom Skin.

If you don’t preorder, you can get Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions Digital Standard and Deluxe Editions on September 3 for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. You’ll have to wait a bit longer for the Physical Deluxe Edition, as that will become available for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One on November 8. Nintendo Switch™ players will have to wait until the holiday season for their system’s edition.

If you’re a PlayStation®Plus member, you’ll have access to the Standard Edition at no charge from September 3 to September 30, as well as the Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin as a redeemable pack. Members who download the game during this timeframe will have access to it for the duration of their membership.
