- Hogwarts Legacy
If a trip to Hogwarts has been on your wish list, we have good news. Hogwarts Legacy is free to claim and keep through Sunday, May 3.
The offer is for PC players only and requires nothing more than a free Epic Games account. Just head to the game’s store page, click “Get,” and the title is yours to keep, even after the promotion ends. This is the second time Epic has given the game away, so anyone who missed it the first time around is getting a second chance. Console players on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch will still need to purchase it, though it’s currently (as of May 2026) included with PlayStation Plus Extra.
Released in February 2023, Hogwarts Legacy lets players step into the role of a fifth-year student in the 1800s, with roughly 25 to 50 hours of adventuring depending on your play style. The free claim also arrives at an exciting moment: Speculation continues to swirl that a sequel is in active development at Warner Bros., with rumors suggesting “Hogwarts Legacy 2” could possibly align with HBO Max’s upcoming “Harry Potter” series.
