At a Glance: Le Cirque Arcanus in Epic Universe’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic land is set for a temporary closure.

A brief bit of downtime is coming to wizarding Paris.

Universal Orlando Resort’s official hours calendar lists Le Cirque Arcanus at Universal Epic Universe as closed June 21-30. The live show, part of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, is currently listed as a temporary closure, with Inside the Magic first flagging the update.

Universal has not shared a specific reason for the pause. Since the closure is listed for just 10 days, this looks like the sort of scheduled downtime theme park attractions regularly need rather than a sign of a larger change to the show. Still, anyone headed to Epic Universe during that window should know before building a day around the Ministry of Magic area.

Le Cirque Arcanus is one of the land’s major experiences, bringing the Fantastic Beasts side of the wizarding world into a theatrical setting. The story follows Gwenlyn, who has to deal with the fallout after ringmaster Skender gets his hands on Newt Scamander’s suitcase. What follows is a stage show with old-world circus magic and mind-bending special effects.

The closure does not affect the entire Ministry of Magic land. If you have a trip planned for next week, you should still be able to wander the streets of wizarding Paris, use interactive wands, visit the shops and restaurants, and ride Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry.

If you’re visiting during the closure, the practical adjustment is simple: check the Universal Orlando app, keep an eye on the official hours page and do not count on Le Cirque Arcanus as the day’s indoor reset. It is only a short break in the schedule, but for a new park where every cool, seated, air-conditioned moment matters, it is definitely worth planning around.
