Development continues in Orlando as opening date draws closer!
We still don’t have an exact opening time for the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley development in Orlando, but construction continues to be steaming ahead. MiceChat has posted a series of new pictures that shows how the development is coming along.
They also say,
Overnight crews, sleepless nights, continual ride and system tests are going on as Universal Creative, and their vendors work tirelessly to open this attraction on time (which is the last two weeks of June). Universal has yet to announce a date because they want to make sure that once they pick a date, that they can deliver.
The new series of photos shows that changes have been made in Hogsmeade, with the new Honeydukes development opening this week and the Zonko’s store being rearranged to make it easier to access. Hogsmeade’s Hogwarts Express Station is also coming along nicely and can be seen from a different angle in these pictures. A new wall has also been constructed in Hogsmeade, which will eventually be covered in greenery.
The London façade of Diagon Alley also continues to develop, as can be seen in these new pictures.
