Confirmed: Daniel Radcliffe on board for “Now You See Me 2”!
Last month, we reported on the rumor that was circulating at the time that Harry Potter‘s own Daniel Radcliffe would be joining the cast of Now You See Me 2. MuggleNet can now confirm through multiple sources that this rumor is, indeed, true!
Director Jon M. Chu tweeted the news to his followers:

In an article on production company Lionsgate, Variety reports that
[p]roduction starts later this month in London on the sequel.
Although Variety reports that all of the original cast members will be reprising their roles, Entertainment Weekly has reported that actress Isla Fisher will not be returning for Now You See Me 2 and that Radcliffe’s character is named Walter.
The plot synopsis has also been revealed:
One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their mind-bending spectacles, the Four Horsemen resurface in NOW YOU SEE ME 2 only to find themselves face to face with a new enemy who enlists them to pull off their most dangerous heist yet.
/Film reports that the release date for the film is currently set for June 10, 2016.
