Fantastic Beasts: Michigan Home Overrun by Flobberworms
Muggles have condemned a Michigan Squib’s home they believe to be infested with more than 1,000 rats and growing at 100 a day. The real story is that Flo Critter has been a Flobberworm breeder for thirty years.
Flo: “I have them transfigured into rats. They’re quite boring otherwise. Problem is, now they’re breeding like, well, rats.”
Scribble: “The Muggles have threatened to fumigate your home if you don’t ‘make a dent in the problem.”
Flo: “Yes, well, they think we’ve got a rat infestation. I’d do the same.”
Scribble: “So what are you going to do?”
Flo: “Easy enough. Have a bunch transformed back into Flobberworms and hide them under the porch.”
Scribble: “Do you have any plans to reduce your collection?”
Flo: “Not with the Fantastic Beasts film coming up. Suppose those Muggle producers need Flobberworms. Well, I’ll be their gal, won’t I now?” (Smiles proudly.)
Scribble: “Was being caught by the Muggles a ploy to call your, er, business into notice?”
Flo: “I’m not saying yes, but it sure doesn’t hurt, now does it?” (Winks mischievously.)
Read the Muggle version of the events here. While I wouldn’t recommend a trip to Grand Rapids until the infestation has been taken care of, a movie ticket to see if Flo’s Flobberworms make an appearance in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them seems safe enough.
See you in the theaters!
