Drone Cameras Fly into Muggle Quidditch
Muggle Quidditch has always lacked an important aspect of the magical sport from the series – flying. While players still are unable to zoom around on broomsticks to play the sport, flying is now able to come into play in a different way in the real-life adaptation.
The Quidditch Post recently began using drone cameras for Muggle Quidditch highlights – at the Nittany Invitational, hosted by Penn State Quidditch on October 24. Seven teams joined Penn State on their campus to compete in the tournament.
The drone cameras caught the final two matches on video from the skies. In the semi-finals, Penn State defeats Richmond Quidditch 100*-50, proceeding to the finals. You can watch the aerial video of this match below.
Rochester United Quidditch took on Penn State in the finals, overcoming them 150*-20. You can watch the full final match below.
