Expedition Wandless: Day 7
Welcome back to Expedition Wandless! Adalina Mancer here, reporting the events from the last day and a half.
On their journey, Japan was one of the first teams to reach a river. When faced with the issue of crossing the river, the Japanese decided to swim it (thankfully, we had medical wizards on standby in case the current was too strong and they couldn’t make it). Two of the three members made it across, but we kind of lost the third team member. No concern, though. They turned up a few miles down the river and made their way back to the team. 20 points for Team Japan.
Team UK finished the Shopping Challenge looking like a billboard for Brazilian tourism, but they finished it nonetheless. What do we have here? Our third judge, Norma Weazlebe, has decided to give them points for promoting Brazil. 5 bonus points to Team UK.
Canada has taken this hunt for Pokémon very seriously. As of now, they have followed a Charizard into the forest because it keeps running away. This is the one time following a dragon into the forest may be a good idea, folks.
Well, Team USA has spent most, if not all, of their budget on repairs for the boat they blew up. Okay, they didn’t totally blow it up, but the engine is shot, and they need to pay for a new one. 15 points for piloting the motorboat, 20 for crossing the river.
Will Canada catch the Charizard? Only time will tell! Come back in two more days to see where our teams are!! In the meantime, check out the other Wizolympic events! You won’t be disappointed! 😉
