Butterbeer by Feast of Fiction
Feast of Fiction This is one of three butterbeer recipes found in Feast of Fiction's video. In the video, they make three versions: chilled, slushy, and warm.
Ingredients
Foam
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp. butter flavoring artificial
Butterbeer
- 2 cups cream soda
- 1 Tbsp. butter flavoring artificial
- 1 Tbsp. butterscotch syrup
Instructions
Foam
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk together until soft peaks form (2–4 minutes with an electric mixer).
- Set foam aside in refrigerator to chill.
Butterbeer
- Gently pour cream soda into a frosted mug.
- Add butter flavoring and butterscotch syrup. Stir.
- Top with foam and serve.
Notes
- Before you begin, place your mug in the freezer.
- The cream has reached soft peaks when the whip is pulled from the cream and a peak folds over itself but doesn't disappear back into the mass.
