Entertainment Earth to Debut New “Harry Potter” Exclusive Kits at San Diego Comic-Con!
Prepare yourself, Harry Potter fans, because Entertainment Earth is bringing magic straight out of Hogwarts to San Diego Comic-Con! Lucky attendees at the world-famous San Diego Comic-Con on July 18–22 will get the first chance to try out the company’s remarkable latest Harry Potter launches: a Mystery Flying Snitch, a Wingardium Leviosa Kit, and a Tom Riddle Diary Notebook and Invisible Wand Pen. This announcement comes hot on the heels of the reveal of the time and date of the Fantastic Beasts panel.
The flying Snitch may come in at the highest price of the trio at $24.99, but it gives the user the ability to command the Snitch to flap its wings and fly using only their hands! The Snitch uses “activator threads” to control the movement, and there are different thicknesses to choose from as you perfect control over the device.
You’ll complete the Quidditch look with a display plinth and a poster.
You can watch a demo for the device below starting at 1:06.
Next up is the Tom Riddle diary notebook for $19.99, which allows the user to write secret messages with an invisible ink pen that can be revealed by the UV light on the wand.
Finally, the Wingardium Leviosa kit at $16.99 acts similarly to the Snitch, though this time users are able to control a feather just like first-year students at Hogwarts! The set includes Hermione’s wand, a white feather, and eight flying activators.
You can check out more of Entertainment Earth’s Harry Potter gear here!
Don’t despair if you don’t have a ticket! Entertainment Earth is taking preorders now, and you’ll soon be able to master the art of the flying Snitch too!
