David Heyman, producer of all of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films to date, has confirmed that the Willy Wonka film he is producing for Warner Bros. will be a prequel. According to Collider, Heyman has said that the plot is still being worked out.
We are still trying to figure out how to tell that story, what the story is. It’s a prequel, it’s not a sequel. What makes Willy—when we find him at the chocolate factory doing the golden ticket, where is he before that? What leads him to that place where he’s locked himself away?… It’s how does he get there? So we’re playing around with that.
Heyman has additionally confirmed that a third Paddington film is in the works; however, it is likely that Paul King will not be directing it. ComicBook.com has provided more details.
Paul is involved in it, I wanted him to be involved in it because I think he’s such a significant voice, but I don’t think he’ll direct it. He worked on the idea… he comes up with the idea with Simon Farnaby and Mark Burton and then they develop it and come back for more, back and forth, and then it’ll get written and Paul will come in and stir it up a little bit. But he’s an incredible collaborator, Paul. Very positive, very supportive.
Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) spoke to StarTrek.com ahead of the release of the first season of Star Trek: Discovery on Blu-ray, discussing one major plot twist. While you can find all of the details on ComicBook.com, you can read some of Isaacs' spoiler-free thoughts below.
It was [expletive] awesome. All actors ever want is to have a secret to play, and I had the biggest secret ever. I had a huge hidden agenda, and acting is all about the things you're holding back from the camera and not the things you're doing.

Eh, I think I’d be good at defending myself for a while, but I ain’t a prepper. I’d most likely end up as that one really fun zombie that alive folks are cool with having around… as long as I don’t eat anyone.
