Leviosa 2019 Is Coming to Hollywood!

It’s that time again!

Leviosa, a conference for Harry Potter fans by Harry Potter fans, is returning in 2019, this time to the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, California. Along with Harry Potter and the Fantastic Beasts franchise, Leviosa opens discussion to the young adult literature genre, with educational activities where writing and creative thinking are encouraged. The last convention was in 2016 and took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, and nearly 700 Harry Potter fans were in attendance.

From June 27 to 30, 2019, you can look forward to the opportunity to take part in writing and publishing workshops, cosplay, and movie nights. Leviosa will host a ton of fun panels where you’ll be able to listen to authors, ask questions, and get writing tips. Some of the panels could also include a special magical guest or two! Leviosa is also looking for new programs, so if you have an idea and think it would be an amazing Harry Potter-related idea for a panel or workshop, you can submit a proposal here.

If that isn’t exciting enough, when you go online to Leviosa’s website to register, you can also purchase special add-ons like T-shirts and other merchandise, an agent pitch session, and a pass to take part in a keynote luncheon with a guest speaker. Early bird tickets are available now at $175 per person, and with VIP tickets at $300, you’ll get an invitation to a VIP cocktail event, the keynote luncheon, and the farewell breakfast.
