Two Men in Court Over “HBP” Theft
The two men Aaron Lambert, 19, and Christopher Brown, 37 who recently stole a copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and later attempted to sell it to a reporter from the Sun have appeared before Kettering Magistrates in Northants, reports BBC News. Lambert has been granted bail until October 10th while Brown will return to court in two weeks.
Brown has been charged with possession of the sixth book along with possession of an offensive firearm. However, it transpired that the weapon he was carrying was but a replica of a gun. Lambert was also charged with possession of an imitation firearm as well as stealing two copies of the book.
