You can catch Daniel Radcliffe in the upcoming fourth season of Miracle Workers, titled Miracle Workers: End Times. The comedy anthology show will see an apocalypse this season, which is set to premiere on TBS on January 16. Evanna Lynch has joined the voice cast of Being Betty Flood, an animated film about a young girl's desire to prove her magical and musical abilities while also trying to find her place in the world. Lynch is set to star as Betty in the film, which currently doesn't have a release date.
This new role isn't the only thing that Lynch has been getting involved in recently. She's also joined a campaign encouraging King Charles III to turn the royal Windsor Dairy Farm into an animal sanctuary in order to honor the late queen. The farm is home to cows, pigs, and hens, all of which produce goods that are sold in the Windsor Farm Shop, including meat and ice cream.
Next, we've got exciting news on Sir Kenneth Branagh (Gilderoy Lockhart). He'll pick up the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's Richard Harris International Film Festival, which is named, of course, after the actor who first played Albus Dumbledore. The festival is currently taking place in Limerick, Ireland, and is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. Congrats to Branagh on the award!
It's time for trailer number three. This one stars not one but four Harry Potter alums. Harry Melling (Dudley Dursley), Timothy Spall (Peter Pettigrew), Toby Jones (voice of Dobby), and Simon McBurney (voice of Kreacher) are teaming up in The Pale Blue Eye, a horror mystery about a detective who returns to the job after a cadet is murdered. He finds that only one person will help him: Edgar Allan Poe. The film will start streaming on Netflix on January 6, but until then, you can check out the film's first trailer below.
We're talking Doctor Who next, so click away if you haven't seen Jodie Whittaker's finale yet. We already knew that we would see David Tennant (Barty Crouch Jr.) return to the show for three special anniversary episodes, but Whovians were all expecting to see the previously announced next Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa (Sex Education), appear during the regeneration. Instead, however, she regenerated into Tennant's familiar face. David Bradley (Argus Filch) also made a return to the show, celebrating his contribution to the show as the First Doctor.
