Under six weeks until the ‘Harry Potter’ Exhibition opens in Australia
There are less than six weeks to go until the highly anticipated Harry Potter Exhibition opens its doors in Sydney, Australia at the Powerhouse Museum for the start of its international run.
Objects large and small will be on display, from Harry’s and Ron’s four-poster bed to the wardrobe in which the Boggart was kept and took the shape of Neville’s greatest fear; to items from Professor Slughorn’s potions classroom including the vial used for Felix Felicis; and a portrait gallery featuring some of the original paintings seen in the films.
Fans will also be able to be sorted by the Sorting Hat, step inside a recreation of Hagrid’s Hut and sit in his oversized armchair, pass a Quaffle through Quidditch hoops, and pull Mandrakes out of their pots.
To avoid lines at the Exhibition, you can purchase tickets online now via the Powerhouse Museum website here, or a ticket agency here.
The exhibit opens on November 19 and will be in Sydney, Australia until March 18, 2012.
