Fan Art of the Week: “Night Post”

This week’s fan art submission is titled, “Night Post” and comes to us from Mel. It is an artistic replica of everyone’s favorite snowy owl made in Photoshop. To see the full size image of Mel’s art piece, just click right here.

Noah’s Notes: This interpretation of Hedwig is immensely creative. The whole piece – molded with a combination of purple, blue, and yellow tones – looks like watercolor, and that effect is dramatized by the fact that everything seems to be playfully melting. The styling of the clouds, the moon, and the trees was brilliantly done with intricate lines, and Hedwig (looking a little ruffed up, I might add) was very cutely crafted. Great Work Mel!
