Collector Edition “Deathly Hallows – Part 1” DVDs hitting France in April, revealing worldwide release timeframe?

Yes, just yesterday we did suggest Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 will hit store shelves in DVD format in mid-March.

But new information suggests it may not be released until mid-April.  Amazon France has available five Deathly Hallows – Part 1 Collectors Edition DVD sets (each featuring one character on the front) with a release date of April 16.

Those living in France should probably pre-order one now if they’re interested.  These are only available for pre-order between now and February 13.  Thanks to Ted for the tip!
