“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” has already been nominated for – and won – several theater awards, and so with the announcement of the WhatsOnStage Awards, it’s no surprise to see the play leading the nominations.
2017 is set to be yet another fantastic year for “Harry Potter” fans. As announced earlier in the year, this will include teaming up with the British Library to put on a very special “Harry Potter” exhibition. Today, the name was revealed.

Our “Potter” stars have previously donated items, including shoes and jeans, to auctions raising money for good causes. So it’s no surprise that many of our stars have donated sunglasses to another celebrity charity auction, called Specs Appeal.

This week, to coincide with the release of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, Warner Bros. has released a long-anticipated mobile game called “Fantastic Beasts: Cases from the Wizarding World”.
We only found out recently who would be portraying Cormoran Strike and Robin Ellacott in the TV adaptation of Robert Galbraith’s “Cormoran Strike” crime novels (Tom Burke and Holliday Grainger, respectively), but filming is already well underway. Now we’ve got our first look at the series!
The Evening Standard Theatre Awards took place last night in London, UK, hosted by comedian Rob Brydon. “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” was nominated for several awards, as were many “Potter” alumni.
