The baking aisle is starting to look more like Honeydukes.

McCormick has expanded its Harry Potter collection with seven new limited-edition products, including six finishing sugars inspired by familiar wizarding treats and a specially packaged vanilla extract. The collection is arriving just in time for Back to Hogwarts on September 1 and during the 25th-anniversary celebrations for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

The new releases add to McCormick’s Butterbeer Finishing Sugar and Butterbeer Flavor, which debuted earlier this year. This time, however, the company has gone deeper into the Hogwarts Express trolley. The six new finishing sugars are inspired by Chocolate Frogs, Treacle Tart, Cauldron Cakes, Drooble’s Best Blowing Gum, Pumpkin Pasties, and Licorice Wands. Each has a suggested retail price of $3.99.

And yes, we have thoughts about which jars are going to disappear from our cupboards first.

The Chocolate Frog Finishing Sugar leans into cocoa and is intended for everything from pancake batter to cookies and other baked goods. We can already imagine it sprinkled over the Chocolate Frog-inspired brownie bites in our ultimate Harry Potter snack spread.

For something a little more specific to the books, there is Treacle Tart Flavored Finishing Sugar, inspired by Harry’s famously favored dessert. This combines brown sugar and buttery flavors with a touch of lemon.

Cauldron Cake Finishing Sugar combines chocolate and toffee, while Drooble’s Best Blowing Gum Finishing Sugar goes in an unexpectedly colorful direction with blueberry flavor and blue sparkle. Then there is perhaps the most seasonally appropriate option of the bunch: Pumpkin Pasty Finishing Sugar. (Yes, it’s that time of year again.) Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and pumpkin powder give it the sort of autumnal flavor profile that feels tailor-made for the weeks surrounding September 1.

The most divisive flavor may turn out to be Licorice Wand Finishing Sugar, which uses star anise to recreate the flavor of black licorice. Black licorice tends to inspire rather strong opinions, but at least this is one Wizarding World sweet that probably will not mysteriously vanish overnight in every household.

Rounding out the collection is the McCormick Harry Potter Vanilla Extract, priced at $14.99. Made with vanilla beans sourced from the Pacific Islands, the extract has a creamy flavor with a hint of cherry.

The release also happens to arrive during a busy year for officially licensed Wizarding World baking products. As we reported in July, Betty Crocker and Pillsbury are also bringing a selection of new and returning Harry Potter baking kits and treats to stores this fall, including a Chocolate Frog Truffle Kit, Hogwarts House Pumpkin Cake Mix, Forbidden Forest Chocolate Cake Mix, and Golden Snitch cookies.

The new McCormick Harry Potter products began rolling out nationwide on August 20 at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and other retailers. McCormick is also offering a bundle containing all seven new products for $55.99 and a six-pack containing the finishing sugars for $33.99 at McCormick.com/HarryPotter.

Now comes the difficult question: Chocolate Frog, Pumpkin Pasty, or Treacle Tart?
