Melt yogurt chips in a tall microwave cup for one minute and then stir in canola oil until desired consistency is achieved. Add few drops of liquid or gel food dye and stir to combine.
Repeat this process for each desired color.
Chocolate
Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted and then stir in canola oil until desired consistency is achieved.
Assembly
Cover work surface with parchment or wax paper. Dip pretzel into desired base color and twirl until evenly coated.
Place dipped wand on paper and decorate with candy, sprinkles, or more yogurt or chocolate.
Refrigerate wands for 25 minutes before serving to set.
