Ingredients

bunch
mint leaves
fresh
1/2
cup
raspberries
frozen
1
Tbsp.
sugar
2
shots
gin
ice
soda water
as needed
Instructions
In a highball glass, combine mint and raspberries, leaving a few for garnish. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to crush them together.
Add sugar and muddle together.
Top with ice cubes and gin.
Fill glass with soda water. Stir.
Garnish with leftover mint leaves and raspberries.
Notes
This is an alcoholic drink and is not intended for minors. A mocktail could be made by replacing the gin with additional soda water.
